Joe came out originally to inspect our roof and sat with us to fully explain what they would do.  They were our 3rd estimate and by far was the best.  Explained a lot of detail about what was needed and how they would fix it.  Had pictures of the different color shingles and how they look on other roofs. The original estimate was $8200, but we were told it would be more if they needed to replace the plywood.  Unfortunately, it became obvious once the work got started that it needed to totally be replaced.  They gave us some "free sheets" and then ended with a very fair price for the rest.  Less per sheet than their competitors. Plus the original estimate had a substantial Angie's List discount.  They knew we were having out of town company soon, and they made extra effort to get it done by then.  They were here by 8:00 and started right in.  They laid a tarp all around the house to protect any landscaping.  The foreman was on site off and on throughout the day, but it was obvious their workers knew what they were doing.  Used their own generator for power tools rather than use our electricity.  They were a very efficient crew and the entire roof was completed in one full day.  The clean up was unreal.  There was so much debris that came off, but you would not have known they had been here.  Had a magnetized hand mower that would pick up any nails left behind in the grass or driveway. The shingles have a very long warranty and More Core has a personal warranty that is transferable for 15 years.  They will come out and make any repairs that are needed during that time.  They were courteous and professional, gave you confidence in what they do.  Would highly recommend.
